The first playing of the Don Bissett Cup since 2019 took place on Sunday 18 June at the Quiz League of London Open Quiz Festival. Sadly MQL were unable to defend the Cup which was won by Scotland. The MQL team of Dag Griffiths, Neil Mackaskill, Jim Eccleson, Mark Kerr and Brian Thompson, lost to Warrington (Dave Tilley, Simon Chilton, Ben Vincent and Sarah Trevarthen) but then beat a team from the Online Quiz League and then Chilterns to win the Plate.
